Return to Prayer Letters
Dear Praying Friends and Supporting Churches,
Luke 15:7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
I praise the Lord for your prayers and support this month. I am very thankful to let you know that we are a little above 52% of our support now and are trying to endeavor to get to full support by this fall.
We have been busy this mouth with much travel and preaching from Missouri to Florida and then on to Ohio. We had several real good meetings and I was able to go on visitation with several pastors in Arkansas. There was one obvious divine appointment on one occasion with bother Wayne Murphy in Nashville, Arkansas. We went 45 miles out of town to meet a convert from the US military and with not much information we arrived only to find out that the person we were looking for had moved. As we were beginning to leave a man drove up and gave us a little help on the information. Pastor Murphy started to deal with him on the Gospel when the man stated that he was very young and death was not a concern, that he had many more years to live. At that time I spoke up and began to tell the story of my little boy, Levi, how suddenly death had came upon him. As I quoted scripture the man took the tract and acknowledged that maybe he did not have much time for sure. Although the man did not get saved right then, Brother Murphy and I marveled how God's hand led us 45 miles out of the way to find no one home only to leave a tract with a man driving by that was not at all concerned about his eternity until we met him. God knows what he is doing folks. “ For who hath despised the day of small things?”
It was a real blessing to spend a little time with Brother Josh Morgan in Arkansas, a friend from Bible school. While there I was able to see a young man named Michael get saved after preaching. He is a young man that came with Brother David Bosley's Masters Ranch and Christian Academy. That week I was able to go to the ranch and preach several times. What a blessing to see some young men getting the BOOK put in them!!!
I took my wife to Florida for her six weeks check up and every thing on her part was good. However they did say there is a 10-15 % chance of this happening again and that next pregnancy would be suggested to use a high risk doctor throughout the pregnancy. We are not completely for sure about every thing yet. They did take some blood work to do more testing for her. So please pray about future children.
Our last stop this month was in Ohio and there we were able to see another young man named David trust the lord as his savior after I preached in a detention center in Canton, Ohio one Friday night.
Our prayer requests: my mother Ronda's fellowship with Jesus Christ, Devin, Todd and cousin Ronnie for salvation, my sister's growth, deputation travels, SUPPORT TO BE RASIED, and trip to Germany this spring and also for spiritual Growth for Michael and David.
May God Bless,
