Dear Praying Friends and Supporting Churches,

Psalms 40:8-10 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest. I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.

Here is the very passage of scripture the Lord used to call me on the road of deputation. As I was reading the scripture this past week, I came across these verses and realized that I was about to have my very last meeting on the deputation trail. As I pondered over the past three years, I can say that I have tried my best at each and every church that we have been at to preach righteousness, and to declare his faithfulness and salvation among the congregation. I can truly say that GOD IS FAITHFUL! I sit at my desk writing this letter in awe of the LORD! It is truly amazing that our great God and Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ would see fit in his infinite wisdom to not just have me be a missionary but to have the great privilege over the last three years to preach, teach, and testify of his righteousness, faithfulness, and salvation! May I once again as you read this letter encourage each and every one of you and your churches to sell out to the LORD and give him your all, step out and see his great faithfulness. I am nearly overwhelmed by his great love, my Saviour…He is. As Solomon once said, “he is altogether lovely.” I am sure glad that I not only trusted the Lord with my soul, but with my life. Looking back across the past few years, I could not have a better life. The LORD Has truly been good to me!

To give you a quick update on our deputation. We have finished deputation up this month with our last few meetings in Kentucky, Indiana, and Virginia. All of our meetings went well, with some possible support out of them. Our last meeting was on the 28 th of June in Bland, Virginia. While we were there we were able to visit some family, and after a talk with Kacie's aunt and uncle hearing of their concern of there children's salvation, we offered our help in talking with them. We went over to their home one evening and Kacie took her 11 year old cousin RheaAnn in her room with her mother and I sat with her cousin Colton and his father in the living room. Before leaving that night we were able to see both of them ask the Lord Jesus Christ to save them! I was able also to give her aunt and uncle a quick talk about the King James Bible, and show them how pure it was and explain to them why I believed it was the word of God.

After getting back to Kentucky, we sat down and figured up that we are at 93% of our needed income! And praise the Lord for that! With deputation over, my prayer is that the churches that have promised support will come through and take us on to help us get the word of God to the Germanic people. We are busy now with packing, and planning, in search of a home, and talking to moving companies to ship our things over. Please be in pray of this big day for us as it is approaching us fast, with only six weeks left till departure! I want to thank you all for your kind and generous support both financially and prayerfully helping us get to where the Lord has called. May you stay in the book and keep witnessing for the Saviour till he comes!

Mark, Kacie, Naomi, and Tobias Smith
